In my first post I touched on why we're starting the blog. Aside from keeping our parents informed, our goal is to document this crazy process and hopefully be a resource for other out there who want to lead this same lifestyle, even if it's just for a couple rotations.
When we started out, M hit the ground running: speaking to recruiters, studying for Boards and basically getting all the important stuff out of the way. Very practical. I immediately hit the ground googling: Travel PT blogs, Travel PT salary, Travel PT support, Travel PT how-to. . . and I didn't find much. More on that later in another blog.
Nice to meet you!
My name’s Corinn, I’m a twenty something starting out on a sweet journey of traveling around the country with my boyfriend. Pretty basic reason to start a blog, I know. But we’ve got a couple things that will make this blog interesting (we hope!) for a very specific audience out there.
M is a traveling Physical Therapist. A new traveling Physical Therapist. Meaning such a recent grad, that he is only just getting the hang of selecting “Dr.” a prefix when he places Amazon.com orders. This means that he changes work settings approximately every 13 weeks, and moves to where he is needed the most.
ABOUT THE AuthorS
